Those of you who follow our RoBétArmé project will know that we started the project journey about 30 months ago. Now it was time for the project partners to get together for a week-long work on integration of the technical tools and components.
The successful technical work was followed by a user engagement workshop which was led by our DS4 team.
We presented the participants with a scenario for a repair project requiring structural reinforcement in a degraded area, where additive manufacturing is considered as an optimal solution for precision metal reinforcement, integrated with shotcreting. A new construction project involving shotcreting has also been discussed.
Thank you partners for participating and providing your comments verbally as well in the formative evaluation questionnaire which you completed diligently. Your responses will help us to further improve the system.
